Average Payment Period to Suppliers, Monetary Volume and Number of Invoices Paid Within the Statutory Maximum Period
In accordance with the provisions of the Third Additional Provision of Law 15/2010 of 5 July, amending Law 3/2004 of 29 December, which establishes measures to combat late payment in commercial transactions, the Company’s average payment period to its suppliers is 12.78 days. The monetary volume and number of invoices paid within a period shorter than the statutory maximum established by late payment regulations amount to EUR 139.986 million and 11,817 invoices, respectively, representing 90% of the total number of invoices and 96% of the total monetary amount of payments to suppliers.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from the existence, access, use or content of these general terms and conditions or from the content of the GCOAI website shall be submitted, by both users and the Company, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile. In the event that the user is domiciled outside Spain, both the Company and the user, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the Company’s registered office.
